ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze care strategies for breast cancer screening in Primary Health Care in Brazil. Methods: this is a systematic review following the Cochrane Collaboration recommendations. Results: among 355 manuscripts, five were eligible. The patient navigation program by Community Health Agent stood out with the best result, among the strategies: flexibility of goals considering viability
